Things have changed

We have launched two new platforms: a new member portal for our courses and the SOP Library, and Appliance Atlas, our AI tech sheet and triage tool. Both are brand new services with their own accounts, so legacy memberships and logins did not move over to them. The legacy member portal is still open to existing members, but it is no longer taking new signups.

The original Service Alliance Group member site. If you were a member before our relaunch, you can still log in here to search tech sheets. It is closed to new signups and will be retired in the coming months.

Our new course platform and the new and improved SOP Library. This is where you take courses like the S.O.S. Course and download SOPs and business documents. Courses sell one at a time or together with All-Access, and two are free.

Requires a new account. Legacy logins and memberships did not carry over.

Our new tech sheet and AI triage tool, built on a library of 131,000+ service manuals. Enter the brand, model, and symptom, and Atlas answers from the service documentation for that model: error codes, test procedures, and the right OEM part.

Requires a new subscription. It is not part of the legacy membership or All-Access.

Quick answers

Why does my old login not work on the new member portal or Appliance Atlas?
Because those are brand new services, built separately from the legacy portal. No accounts, logins, or memberships were moved over to them. Your legacy login keeps working on the legacy portal until it is retired, and each new platform needs its own new account.
When will the legacy portal be retired?
Over the next few months. Until then, existing members can keep logging in to search tech sheets. We recommend setting up your new platforms now so you are ready before it closes.
Can I still sign up for the legacy portal?
No. The legacy portal is closed to new signups. New members start on the new member portal, Appliance Atlas, or both.
Is Appliance Atlas included in All-Access?
No. Appliance Atlas is its own subscription. All-Access covers every course plus the SOP Library in the new member portal.
