Phases, in order

Nobody hands a technician a business plan. So most of us built one out of guesses.

You learned the trade properly: an apprenticeship, a school, ten thousand repairs. Then you started a company and discovered that nothing about being a great tech prepares you for pricing, payroll, hiring, or the moment a customer disputes a charge. The S.O.S. Course is the part nobody taught you.

What Changes

What you walk away with

Not a certificate. A business that runs on systems instead of on how hard you are willing to work this week.

A business that is set up right

Entity, licensing, insurance, and money handling done properly from day one, so a bad month or a bad customer cannot take the whole thing down.

Pricing that actually leaves profit

Know your true cost of doing business, set rates from that number, and stop discovering at tax time that a busy year made no money.

Systems instead of memory

Documented processes for the parts that repeat: dispatch, parts, follow-up, collections, so the business stops living in your head.

A crew you can actually lead

Hire before you are desperate, train without burning your best tech, and build the culture that keeps good people from leaving.

The Curriculum

Three phases. Eighteen modules.

The phases run in the order a real business grows. Start where you are. The whole library stays open to you.

Phase 01

Start

Get the foundation right so you are building on concrete instead of sand. For techs going out on their own and owners who skipped these steps and feel it.

01

Legal, Entity & Insurance Foundation

02

Money from Day One

03

Tools, Van & Parts Network

04

Certifications & Continuous Learning

05

Your First 100 Customers

06

Your Minimum Viable Operation

Phase 02

Operate

Where 80% of the business actually happens. Turn a working truck into a running company with numbers you track and processes that hold.

01

The Operating Dashboard

02

Call to Close: The CSR Playbook

03

Route, Van & Parts Efficiency

04

Customer Experience Engine

05

The Weekly Money Rhythm

06

AI & Tech Stack That Earns Its Keep

Phase 03

Scale

Grow past a single-tech operation without breaking what works. Most shops jump here too early. This is how to do it on a foundation that holds.

01

Hire Before You Need Them

02

Training That Scales

03

Second-Truck Economics

04

Leadership & Delegation

05

Growth Levers

06

Exit-Ready

Before Module 1: a five-lesson Welcome & Plug In track that walks you through the framework, sets your 90-day targets, and gets you connected to the community, so you start with a plan instead of a playlist.

How To Buy

Buy the course, or take All-Access.

The S.O.S. Course is one course, bought as a whole. Get it on its own, or take All-Access if you want the rest of the catalog and the document library with it.

The Course On Its Own

The S.O.S. Course

  • All 18 modules and 60+ lessons across Start, Operate, and Scale
  • All 70 worksheets, checklists, and working calculators
  • The Welcome & Plug In track to set your 90-day targets

All-Access

Everything we teach

  • The S.O.S. Course plus every other course in the catalog
  • The full SOP and business document library
  • New courses and documents as they are released
  • Best value if you want the whole path, not one piece of it

We also publish shorter courses that sell individually, and a few that are free. Everything we release is included in All-Access.

Appliance Atlas is separate. The AI triage tool and its 150,000-manual library are their own product on their own subscription. It is not part of All-Access, and you do not need All-Access to use it.

The community alongside it

You are not working through it alone. Bring questions to our free Facebook group and a room full of owners who have already hit the wall you are hitting.

Built inside a real company

Every system in the course is running in an actual multi-tech appliance repair business right now. This is not theory from a stage.

Who Built It

Taught by people still doing the work

The S.O.S. Course came straight out of a working multi-tech appliance repair company. The same dispatch problems, the same parts headaches, and the same hiring mistakes you are dealing with right now.

Every system in the course is one that had to survive a real Tuesday before it made it into a lesson.

  • Built and tested inside an operating appliance repair business
  • Written for this trade, not adapted from generic business training
  • Backed by one of the largest owner communities in the industry
Our Promise

You get out what you put in.

We give you the proven systems and we will guide you through them. Nobody here is going to promise it happens without the work, but you will never again be guessing at what the work should be.

  • No fluff, no gimmicks, no empty promises
  • Everything we teach, we actually do
  • Buy only what you need, with no forced bundle

Questions about the S.O.S. Course

Still deciding? These are the questions owners ask us most.

Who is this course for?

Appliance repair technicians and business owners. Techs about to go out on their own, owners a few years in who feel stuck, and operators ready to add trucks but without a foundation under them. If you are great at the repair and shaky on the business, you are the person this was built for.

I have been in business for years. Is the Start phase a waste of my time?

Most established owners find gaps in Start, usually in entity structure, insurance, or how money is actually handled. It is worth an hour to skim. Either way it is self-paced and you get the whole course, so jump straight to the phase you need and come back to the rest whenever.

How long does it take?

The lessons are short and direct. Owners typically work through one module a week alongside running their business, which puts the full course at roughly four to five months. It is self-paced and there is no expiration, so go faster or slower as the season allows.

What makes this different from general small-business training?

It is written for this trade. The pricing math uses appliance repair numbers, the CSR playbook handles appliance repair calls, and the parts and van modules deal with the actual problem of stocking a truck. Nothing has to be translated from another industry.

Do I get the worksheets and calculators to keep?

Yes. All 70 downloadables are yours: PDFs you can print and hand to a tech, and live spreadsheets you can plug your own numbers into.

How do I buy it?

Two ways. Buy the S.O.S. Course on its own. It is a single course covering all three phases, not three separate purchases. Or take All-Access, which includes this course, every other course in the catalog, and the SOP and business document library. Current pricing is in the member portal.

Does this include Appliance Atlas?

No. Appliance Atlas is a separate product with its own subscription. The course covers the business side; Atlas handles diagnosis in the field. Plenty of owners use both, but neither one requires the other.

Your next five years can look different than your last five.

Pick the phase your business is actually in, or take All-Access for the whole path. Current pricing lives in the member portal.
